Eligibility Notice
Thank you for taking the time to complete our assessment. Based on the monthly revenue range you've indicated, our paid advertising and digital growth services are not a viable match at this time.
Our campaigns require a minimum advertising budget that, at your current revenue level, may not generate a positive or sustainable return on investment. Recommending our services under these conditions would not be in your best financial interest, and that's a standard we hold ourselves to for every prospective client.
We genuinely wish you continued success as you grow your business. When the time is right, we'd love the opportunity to revisit working together.

Legal
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
By accessing or using any services provided by Adzio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Adzio provides digital marketing, advertising strategy, content creation, and related services as outlined in individual service agreements. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or proposal accepted by both parties.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, assets, or content you provide to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You grant Adzio a limited license to use your brand assets solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Fees for services are set forth in the applicable proposal or agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Adzio reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts that are overdue by more than 30 days. Late payments may be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Upon receipt of full payment, all creative deliverables produced specifically for your project are assigned to you. Adzio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering services remain the sole property of Adzio.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adzio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Adzio reserves the right to terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that violates applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Adzio operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
